Exchanges/Returns

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, return it for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping cost). Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of delivery. Return item must be in its original unworn condition.

Please just contact us at info@pinkandblueknitwear.com and request a return authorization number. When shipped please include this number anywhere on the box. Notify us at info@pinkandblueknitwear.com if you would like an exchange (list the product you would like to exchange it for).

Shipping Information

We will try to ship all items the same business day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 will be applied to each order shipped to locations within the USA. We offer free shipping on orders $70 and more. International orders will be calculated separately after accepting payments for your order.

State sales tax information

We are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes. Therefore, all South Carolina customers will be charged the current SC State Sales Tax of 6% which will be automatically applied during checkout. All orders from customers outside of South Carolina will not have to pay state sales tax.

Out of stock items

If an item is not in stock due to high demand on popular items, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated time available and date of shipment. Back orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks, but this varies seasonally, and cannot be guaranteed.Your credit card is billed when items are shipped. If back orders are not ok, we will issue a complete refund of your charges.

Gift Certificates.

If you cannot decide what to buy for a special newborn baby, niece, nephew, or grandchild, we are now offeringGift certificate.

Gift certificate can be printed and send to the person of your choice or emailed. When a gift certificate is delivered to the recipient, instructions are given on how to redeem the voucher. Recipients are required to have PayPal account to redeem certificate.
